This gorgeous oak chest of four graduated drawers is probably 350 years old. It has geometrical patterning to the drawer fronts typical of the period, brass drop handles probably added at a later date and great semi-circular feet. It is solid and fully functional with lots of character including various old and more recent repairs including webbing strips to the drawer bottoms to bridge over cracks in the wood, and some replacement decorative pieces to the front. The top has a few wear marks and scratches commensurate with its age.
