An ever popular Victorian stoneware marmalade jar from the Maling factory in Newcastle for James Keillor & Sons in Dundee for their prize winning preserves. This jar would have been buried for nearly a hundred years after it was thrown into a Victorian landfill or buried in the garden hence it has some staining and crazing as in the photographs but has no cracks or chips. Great vintage storage for pens on your desk, as a plant holder and many other uses.
