Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon it's arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require photographic evidence to back up your claim. If the item is defective, damaged or different to that ordered we will ask you to repackage it as well as it was sent to you and return it to us via an agreed method. We will refund your full purchase price plus cover the previously-agreed return shipping costs.

Returns

Please look at the photographs carefully and read the description of the item before purchase so that you are aware of the condition of this vintage and pre-used item. We do our best to fully and accurately describe the condition of every item but please be aware that all our stock is pre-used and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with it's age. 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will fully refund your purchase price but not the return shipping costs unless there is a material fault with the item as described under Damages and issues above.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need proof of purchase and you will need to repackage it as well as it was sent to you and return it to us via an agreed method. 


To start a return, you can contact us at phoenixrisingantiques@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
